Earlier versions of Acronis True Image installed on a Mac with Apple silicon processor constantly ask to restart your Mac to run Acronis True Image. Please make sure to install the latest build.

To find out whether your Mac has M1 chip, click the Apple icon in the top-left corner of your Mac, then pick About This Mac in the drop-down menu. The resulting window should show you the information you need.

After upgrading to MacOS Big Sur and the latest version of ATI 2021 I constantly get the following alert when starting ATI: 'To run Acronis True Image, you must restart your Mac. Restart now?'
I have restarted a number of times but still get the same message. Anyone who knows what's going on?

Please check that you have the latest ATI 2021 build 30960 installed which fixes various issues with Big Sur and ATI as described in topic: New build for Acronis True Image 2021 [Mac]

If you still have issues with #30960 installed, I can only recommend opening a Support case direct with Acronis to investigate further.
